Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust *
Community based health and social care services give people more choice and control over their health care. They work with Cambridgeshire residents to ensure the very best care and treatment for each and every individual that uses their services.
Healthwatch Cambridgeshire *
Working with you to improve health and care in Cambridgeshire. They are a local, independent organisation. Their aim is to make sure people have a say in important decisions about local NHS and social care services.
They replaced LINk in April 2013 so clicking on either heading goes to the Healthwatch website.
Cambridgeshire LINk *
LINk’s purpose is to give individuals and community groups a voice in their local NHS Health and Social Care services. LINk wants to hear the views of local people, to say what they like and don’t like about local care services. LINk can feed this back to the care commissioners and providers. Gathering the feedback of local people can help care providers make better choices about future provision.
LINk has been replaced by Healthwatch Cambridgeshire so clicking on either heading goes to the Healthwatch website.
Counselling Directory *
Counselling Directory only lists counsellors and psychotherapists who are registered with a recognised professional body or those who have sent copies of their qualifications and insurance cover to the directory.
Ethnic Minority Cancer Awareness Week (EMCAW) *
Ethnic Minority Cancer Awareness Week (EMCAW) is one week each year when we can all come together to raise awareness of cancer within ethnic minority communities in Britain.
