CECF Health Project

This is a partnership project with the NHS through the Cambridge City 4 Primary Care Network (PCN) and Cambridge City PCN.

To recruit health champions from the minority ethnic communities and there is also a very specific piece of work to looking at improving diabetes care in the South Asian communities, particularly the Bangladeshi diaspora.

This project is seeking to improve access to health services for minority ethnic communities through greater community engagement and consultations to better understand health issues and barriers to accessing services. So that policies and services are appropriate and accessible to all meeting different people’s needs.

It is funded through the South Provider Alliance Innovation Fund.
